The Patient Participation Group held their first meeting in Summer 2011 however we are still keen to recruit more members to the group. If you would like to be involved or have any further questions please call Jo Hynes on 0115 927 2525 or email email@example.com
If you are interested in Rise Park Surgery and your local healthcare services please do consider attending one of our meetings as we are still very keen to recruit more members to the group. We meet a couple of times a year usually for around an hour. Please see the Patient Group tab for the latest information and reports.
The NHS is changing!
One of these changes is that patients are being given the opportunity to become more involved in the running of their local GP surgeries.
Would you like to join the Patient Participation Group but haven’t got time to attend the meetings?
If so, would you be interested in joining our new Virtual Patient Participation Group?
We realise that many patients are busy and do not have the time to commit to meetings but we want to involve as many patients as possible.
The group will be kept informed of practice matters by email.
