If you think you need an urgent, on the day appointment for a medical emergency please call the surgery on 0115 927 2525 and select option 2 for Reception.   It is practice policy for our trained reception staff to ask for brief details about the nature of your call. This is so we can direct you to the most appropriate person to deal with your request. All the information is treated in the strictest confidence.

Routine appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance. If you can no longer make an appointment please let us know so we can offer it to someone else.

Please be aware that GP appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes.  If you think you may need longer than this please book a double appointment or arrange to see the GP again at a different time.

We would be grateful if you could make every effort to attend your appointment on time.

We have chaperones available

If you wish for a chaperone to be available during your appointment with the Doctor, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant please ask us. You may ask for a chaperone when you book your appointment, when you arrive for your appointment or during your consultation.

The staff at Rise Park Surgery have undergone training which enables them to become a Chaperone.

Please remember that the results of any tests can only be given to the patient.
