If you are due to have a procedure at the hospital and are required to self isolate for 14 days prior to this, please print out the letter below. This can be given to your employer.

It’s perfectly normal if you’re feeling anxious or worried as an emotional reaction to the current situation. The good news is that Trent PTS offer a free wellbeing service and you can self-refer by visiting their website Our current wait time stands at 2 weeks. Minimum age is 18. There is no upper age cap.
